Preamble

These terms and conditions relate to the two stakeholder that are the customer and Les Éditions du Pacifique. By accepting these terms and conditions, the customer agrees to enter into a contract with Les Éditions du Pacifique.

3. Prices

The price of the books is the one on the page of each book. Delivery charges are based on the total weight of the package,

4. Geographical area

The online sale of the products and services presented in this site is possible for customers residing in metropolitan France and foreign countries listed in the drop-down list.

5. Orders

The purchase process is as follows. The customer chooses the desired book(s), add it to the basket. Once the basket has been completed, the customer can modify or pay for it.
Payments are made either by check, by Paypal account or by credit card via Paypal.
The customer has a right of withdrawal of 7 days during which he can return the order to us without any justification.

6. Payment

The customer has the possibility of paying his order either by Paypal account or by check payable to Éditions du Pacifique or by credit card via the Paypal account. To do this, choose the Paypal option and click on “You do not have a Paypal account”.

7. Delivery

Shipping cost :
Deadline for delivery: date at the end of which the customer could completely cancel his order.

8. Retraction

Any customer is entitled to a period of withdrawal of 7 days from the date of delivery, to which is added a right of return in case of defect of the product of 15 days.

9. Responsibilities

Les Éditions du Pacifique can not be held liable for any indirect damages that may arise from the purchase of the books on the website. Similarly, the responsibility of Editions du Pacifique for the obligations of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale can not be committed in the event of an event of force majeure as defined by the French courts.

10. Nominative information
